Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, Tucson Youth Development, Inc. and ACE Charter High School and YouthWorks Charter High School hereby state that all notices of the meetings of Tucson Youth Development, Inc. ACE Charter High School, and YouthWorks Charter High School will be posted in the Tucson Youth Development lobby at 1901 N Stone Ave, the ACE Charter High School lobby at 1929 N Stone Ave, and the YouthWorks Charter High School lobby at 1915 E 36th St and on the following websites: www.tucsonyouth.org and www.acehs.org.

Tucson Youth Development, Inc. is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ACE Charter High School and YouthWorks Charter High School are open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
